Accommodations

The local organizing committee has secured hotels (all single rooms with breakfast included) near Niigata Station as shown in the table below. The accommodation options are 3 nights (check-in: September 25th, check-out: 28th) and 4 nights (check-in: September 25th, check-out: 29th). Please note that prices may be cheaper if you use Booking.com, Rakuten Travel, etc. or directly with the hotel. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and up to two people are allowed, including one accompanying person. Changes and cancellations will be accepted until August 31st. Cancellations made after that will incur a cancellation fees in accordance with each hotel's cancellation policy. When you made a hotel reservation through the ICNS2024 website, payment must be made at the hotel reception desk.

Hotels marked * will only accept applications from students until the end of July.
If a vacancy becomes available at the end of July, we will accept faculty applications from August 1st.
